Italian Pack Olympus Vac Tray Packer
The Italian Pack Olympus Tray Packer is a floor standing modified atmosphere packing machine which features a rotating turntable mould system which increases output and cuts cycle times, by allowing the operator to load one side whilst the other side is being packed. The Olympus Vac tray packing machine comes as standard with a PLC touch screen display panel with ethernet and USB port connections, 99 programs, language selection, built in temperature control and menu driven MAP parameters.
The Olympus is fitted with an automatic film rewinder and a special application allows for the use of printed films. An automatic tray lifter is also available as an additional option for increased speeds and easier loading / unloading (please call for more information).
The Italian Pack Olympus is capable of packing up to 16 MAP trays and 28 sealed trays per minute, and with a quick change tool-less mould change system (less than 2 minutes) you’ll find it hard to find a quicker tray packer on the market.
Moulds, Larger Motors & O2 Protection are available as optional extras and prices are dependent on several options which would normally require adjusting depending on the individual customer so please ring to discuss your needs.
