Italian Pack Oceania Vac Skin/Tray Packer

The Oceania Vac Skin machines is a floor standing modified atmosphere packing machine capable of both normal tray packing as well as skin packing. The skin packing side of the machine is possible for products that do not protrude higher than the top of the tray, should you require a machine that can skin pack products that protrude no more than 30mm above the top of the tray then this machine can do this, but with specially made moulds (please call for more information).

The Oceania tray and skin packer has quick, tool-less mould changing, taking less than 2 minutes to change a mould over. The vacuum chamber is also removable without tools increasing hygiene and cleanliness.

The Oceania vac skin packing machine comes with a state of the art 10-programmable control panel which contains language selection, integrated temperature control and menu driven MAP parameters. The Oceania Vac Skin also has automatic film rewinder with programmable film advance for significant waste reduction. Printed film centering device is also available as an optional extra (please call for more information).

Moulds & O2 Protection are available as optional extras and prices are dependent on several options which would normally require adjusting depending on the individual customer so please ring to discuss your needs.
