The Talsa K15 NEO bowl cutter is the smallest bowl chopper that Talsa make and now comes as standard with variable knife speed and a digital touchscreen.
The K15 NEO is a table top bowl cutter with automatic stop programmable by elapsed time or temperature limit. The bowl cutter is made from high quality stainless steel and has one 1ph motor. The three standard knives are easily removed for cleaning.
A six knife head is available as an optional extra.
